I contacted Tickners with a query about a specialised trailer we are trying to source. Even though it wasn't something there business supplied Nicky took the time to talk me through it and put me in contact with a company that could help us with what we needed. I think it speaks volumes for a business if they put that much time and effort into helping someone who isn't a paying customer of there's, the support they must give to a paying customer must be especially outstanding.

I ordered my Tickner's Trailer from Ted's Trailers in Liverpool just prior to the lockdown/pandemic restrictions. A GP955 'black beauty' with the added extras of a wind-resistant shaped front plus 2 front doors. Amanda & John have my highest regards/recommendation & both couldn't have been more helpful/accommodating in every way possible......they kept my trailer in secure/indoor storage until it was deemed safe for me to journey from NE Scotland. To say I am pleased/satisfied with the sale is indeed an 'understatement'. Tickners Trailers are very fortunate to have Ted`s Trailers as a supplier/agent/distributor for their quality product & certainly glad now that Tickner's recommended I purchase my box trailer from them ...... I did not even know it was `hooked on behind` as it was so easily towed !! ... After extensive research regarding trailers I settled on Tickners. I was looking for a lightweight braked trailer for my driving school. I wanted a double axled enclosed box trailer around 400-450kg. The GB75 was perfect. I contacted Nicky who directed me to the folks at Trek Trailers as a supplier. The turn around was quicker than expected and within 2 months the trailer was ready for me to collect. The trailer is great, tows exceptionally well. To meet DVSA requirements I have 600kg loaded at all times, the trailer is stable and manufactured to a very high standard.
